solution. When planned properly in advance, a Chapter 7 bankruptcy will give a fresh

Evictions
No one should take advantage of another, no matter the situation. It feels wrong and
unjust, but most importantly it may be unlawful. Whether regulated by the local statute
or contract clauses, evictions are the most despised and stigmatized. Both sides may
present valid arguments, but only one side will win in court. Unfortunately for the tenant,
it is the landlord who will ultimately win. It is his property after all. However, with post-
COVID developments in court based money grants, there is a light at the end of the

Probate & Estate Administration

come easy as one may think. Probate is not only about drafting wills and trusts, but
often times involves litigation of rival claims between the heirs, to say the least. Where
love once flourished, hate takes on a whole different meaning post mortem. It may even
involve distant relatives at the funeral who you never thought existed…. Regardless of

About
Adam P. Czapulonis graduated Loyola University Chicago cum laude in 1999 and the
John Marshall Law School (the UIC Law School) J.D. and LL.M in IT in 2003 and 2004,
respectively. Mr. Czapulonis was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2004 and to the Northern
District in 2007. He has been in private practice since 2010.
